• [摘要] China Will Launch Unified Property Registration； Beijing Publiced the State-owned Construction Land Supply Plan 2014； HPI Increased with Descending Rates Both MoM and YoY Concecutivel； Both Resale Price Index and Rental Index Increased with Ascending rates； Total Residential Property Sales Decreased More Than 30% YoY； Property Newly Supplied Increased Both MoM and YoY； Inventory Increased from February and Clearing Period Prolonged Continunously； Sales of Major Developers Increased Largely by 87.1% MoM； Both Land Acquired and Land Acquisition in Value Declined Consecutively for the Third Month.
