• [摘要] MLR P.R.C Released the Land and Resources Statistics 2013； 2014 NPC and CPPCC Is Being Held in Beijing； HPI Kept Rising and Increased with Descending Rates Both MoM and YoY； Resale Price Index Increased Slowly Consecutively While Rental Index Grew Faster； Total Residential Property Sales Declined Consecutively for the Fourth Month MoM； Property Newly Supplied Dropped Largely Continuously by 63.27% MoM； Inventory Declined Slightly While Clearing Period Prolonged Continuously； Sales and GFA Sold of Major Developers Increased More Than 15% YoY； Both Land Acquired and Land Acquisition in Value Dropped in February.
