• [摘要] Differentiated Policies and Improvement in Subsidized Housing System. Residential HPI Posted the Eighth MoM Growth. Both Resale Price Index and Rental Index Kept Rising. Residential Property Sales Declined Slightly, but Posted a Significant Increase over a Year Ago. Property Newly Supplied Dropped Seasonally, but Nearly Doubled on a Yearly Basis. Inventory Edged Down and Average Clearing Period Lessened. Sales and GFA Sold of Major Developers Increased Dramatically on a YOY Basis. Land Acquired decreased significantly in January.
