• [摘要] According to Residential House Price Index (HPI-100) based upon CREIS 100-city survey samples, the average new house price of the 100 cities was 15795 RMB/sqm in December, and showed an increase of 0.25% from November, 7 basis points narrowed. Among these 100 cities, 79 cities saw increases in price and two cities kept the same as the last month while others went down. In the meanwhile, the median price of the 100 cities settled at 9963 RMB/sqm, increasing by 0.27% from the last month.
