  • [摘要] The Central Bank Reiterated that not Using Real Estate as a short-term Stimulus to the Economy. Shenzhen Adjusted the Standard of General commercial housing. Composite Price Indices Rose MoM in 2 Major Cities while Chengdu and Wuhan Stopped rising. Both the Average Resale Price Index and the Rental Index Continued to Decrease MoM. Average GFA Sold of Residential Property Continued to Increase MoM. Average Property Newly Supplied Picked up MoM. The Average Inventory Increased MoM and the Clearing Period Extended MoM. Both the Total Sales in Value and GFA Sold of Representative Developers Increased YoY. The Land Area Acquired Fell back and the Land Acquisition in Value Continued to Decline MoM.
