• [摘要] The State Council: Promoted the Renovation of Old Housing Estates in Urban Areas On June 19, the State Council convened an executive conference to deploy and promote the renovation of old urban housing estates. The conference decided that the first thing to do was to clarify the criteria and the scope of the objects for renovation. Secondly, we should strengthen government guidance and consolidate local responsibilities. Third, we need to innovate investment and financing mechanisms. Finally, we should promote the establishment of long-term management mechanism for community follow-up. Composite Price Indices Rose MoM in 6 Major Cities while Tianjin was Flat MoM In June, 6 major cities rose MoM in composite price indices while Tianjin was Flat MoM. Among the 6 major cities rose MoM, 4 cities such as Wuhan and Chongqing all rose above 0.1% in which Wuhan rose the most by 0.18% and Chongqing followed by 0.16%. Nanjing and Shenzhen rose by 0.05% and 0.04% respectively. On the contrary, Guangzhou dropped the most by 0.24%, Shanghai and Beijing dropped by 0.03% and 0.02% respectively. Tianjin was flat MoM.
