• [摘要] MOHURD: Further Standardized the Development of Public Rental Housing On May 17, the MOHURD, NDRC, MOF and MNR issued comments about further standardizing the development of public rental housing in order to better play the complementary role of housing security in solving the housing problems of the masses. The measures included raising housing resources through multiple channels and actively implementing government purchasing public rental housing operational management services. Composite Price Indices Rose MoM in 6 Major Cities while Nanjing was Flat MoM In May, 6 major cities rose MoM in composite price indices while Nanjing was Flat MoM. Among the 6 major cities rose MoM, Chengdu and Shenzhen rose above 0.2% in which Chengdu rose the most by 0.60%. Hangzhou, Chongqing and Wuhan all rose between 0.1% and 0.2% in which Hangzhou and Chongqing rose similarly by 0.16%. Beijing rose the least by 0.04%. On the contrary, Shanghai dropped the most by 0.08%. Guangzhou and Tianjin dropped by 0.06% and 0.05% respectively. Nanjing was flat MoM.
