• [摘要] NDRC: Continued to Intensify the Reform of Household Registration System On April 8, the NDRC announced that it would continue to intensify the reform of the household registration system. Type II metropolises with permanent population of 1-3 million in urban areas should completely abolish the residence restriction. Type I metropolises with permanent population of 3-5 million in urban areas should fully open up and relax the conditions for settlements, and abolish all the settlement restrictions on focus groups. Mega-Metropolis should adjust and improve the points policy for household registration, ensure that the scores about the years of social security payment and residence accounted for the main proportion. Composite Price Indices Rose MoM in 6 Major Cities while Beijing was Flat MoM In April, 6 major cities rose MoM in composite price indices while Beijing was Flat MoM. Among the 6 major cities rose MoM, Guangzhou rose the most by 0.37%. Wuhan and Hangzhou rose by 0.18% and 0.17% respectively. Chengdu, Shenzhen and Shanghai rose below 0.1% in which Shanghai rose the least by 0.03% On the contrary, Nanjing dropped the most by 0.40%. Tianjin and Chongqing dropped by 0.23% and 0.16% respectively. Beijing was flat MoM.
