• [摘要] China to Keep Proactive Fiscal Policy, Prudent Monetary Policy. Shanghai Adopts Measures to Control Surging Home Prices. All of Ten Major Cities Composite Price Index Increased MoM. Average Resale Price Indices Increased but Rental Indices Continued to Decline MoM. Average GFA Sold of Residential Property Continued to Decline MoM and Increased YoY. Average Property Newly Supplied Declined. Inventory Continued to Decline MoM and Clearing Period Shortened to 6.2-Month. Both Sales and GFA Sold of Representative Developers Appeared to Decline MoM. Land Acquired Grew Slightly MoM and Land Acquisition in Value Rebounded fall MoM.
