• [摘要] The Program on Promoting 100 Million Non-resident Population Settled in the City. More Cities Take Measures to Control Property Market. All of Ten Major Cities Composite Price Index Increased MoM and Hangzhou Topped the List Again. Average Resale Price Indices Continued to Increase but Rental Indices Began to Decline MoM. Average GFA Sold of Residential Property Declined Slightly MoM and Continued to Increase YoY. Average Property Newly Supplied Grew MoM and Declined to Expand YoY. Inventory Continued to Decline and Clearing Period Extended to 6.6-Month. Both Sales and GFA Sold of Representative Developers Continued to Grow in September. Land Acquired Decreased MoM and Land Acquisition in Value Grew by 1.2 Times MoM.
