Nanjing Increased the Proportion of Two Suites Down Payment and Relocated Land Auction "Rule". 9 Major Cities Composite Price Index Increasing MoM and Hangzhou Ranked the First. Both Average Resale Price Indices and Rental Indices Continued to Increase. Average GFA Sold of Residential Property Rebounded Rise MoM and Continued to Increased YoY. Average Property Newly Supplied Grew MoM and Declined YoY. Inventory Continued to Decline and Clearing Period Shortened to 6.4-Month. Both Sales and GFA Sold of Representative Developers Grew in August. Land Acquired Rebounded Growth and Land Acquisition in Value Increased Slightly.
