• [摘要] In August, the average MoM change of Housing Price Indices increased by 0.80% across the 10 major cities we track, 16 basis points lower than last month. 10 cities all saw increases but Chengdu showed 0.22% decrease. On YoY basis, all cities kept increasing with an average growth of 9.25%, widened by 44 basis points. Beijing had the largest increase rate in both MoM and YoY standard.
