Total Residential Property Sales Slided Down from March High. Property Newly Supplied Grew To a High Level in 2013. Inventory Kept Stable and Clearing Period Edged Down. Sales and GFA Sold of Major Developers Still Increased On a YOY Basis. Land Acquired decreased slightly in April .
