Property Newly Supplied Grew to a Second High in 2012. Inventory Edged Up and Average Clearing Period Kept Stable. Sales and GFA Sold of Major Developers Increased Continuously. Land Acquired Increased in December, but Total Land Acquired Was Still Less Than 2011.
