• [摘要] According to Residential House Price Index (HPI-100) based upon CREIS 100-city survey samples, the average new house price of the 100 cities was 15853 RMB/sqm in January 2021, and showed an increase of 0.37% from December 2020, 12 basis points widened. Among these 100 cities, 64 cities saw increases in price and two cities kept the same as the last month while others decreased. In the meanwhile, the median price of the 100 cities settled at 9974 RMB/sqm, increasing by 0.11% from the last month.
