Average GFA Sold of Residential Property Fell down MoM Average Property Newly Supplied Fell down MoM. The Average Inventory Decreased MoM and the Clearing Period Extended MoM. Both the Total Sales in Value and GFA Sold of Representative Developers Decreased YoY Both the Land Area Acquired and the Land Acquisition in Value Declined Greatly MoM.
