• [摘要] HPI-100 Posted Both MoM and YoY Declines for the Second Month. According to Residential House Price Index (HPI-100) based on CREIS 100-city survey samples, average house price of the 100 cities dropped by 0.31% to 8684 RMB/sqm in May 2012, down for the ninth consecutive month with a narrowed rate from April. 73 out of 100 cities fell in prices, 26 rose and 1 remained flat.
