• [摘要] According to Residential House Price Index (HPI-100) based on CREIS 100-city survey samples, average house price in 100 cities dropped 0.30% MoM, the same rate as last month’s, to 8741 RMB/sqm in March 2012, down for the seventh consecutive month since September 2011. Among the 100 cities, 66 reported declines and 34 increases. The number of price-falling cities was 6 less than February. MoM decreases were above 1% in 10 out of 66, 7 less than last month. The year-on-year growth momentum of HPI-100 has been reducing since August 2011. The growth rate in March shrank again by 90 basis points to 0.03% compared to the previous month.
