• [摘要] According to Residential House Price Index (HPI-100) based on CREIS 100-city survey samples, average house price in 100 cities dropped 0.30% MoM to 8767 RMB/sqm in February 2012, continuing the downward trend since September 2011. Among the 100 cities, 72 reported declines, 27 increases and 1 steady. MoM decreases were above 1% in 17 out of 72. The number of price-falling cities was 12 more than January.
